Dosage and duration of ozone therapy
Ozone is a strong oxidant that can activate cell metabolism, improve blood circulation, alleviate cerebral ischemia and hypoxia, increase the oxygen content of brain cells, improve symptoms of hypoxia such as dizziness and head swelling in patients with cerebral infarction, and improve clinical symptoms, limb muscle strength, and language barriers.
Ozone autologous blood therapy has better therapeutic effects on patients with cerebral hypoperfusion complications and stroke patients. Many clinical studies have also confirmed that ozone can change the aggregation mode of platelets in the blood, generate peroxides in areas with blood clots, alter the development of blood clots, promote their disintegration, oxidize and remove fatty substances such as pigmentation adhering to the blood vessel wall, increase blood vessel elasticity, regulate blood vessel permeability, promote wound healing, and reduce the occurrence of infections.
Ozone rich autologous blood is used for treatment, and different ozone treatment methods are used for different diseases. The specific treatment methods for ozone are as follows:
1、 Whole body therapy
(1) Ozone autologous blood therapy: Inject 100-150ml of venous blood into a dedicated disposable antioxidant blood bag with anticoagulant, and then inject the prepared O2 and O3 mixture (ozone concentration 20-60 μ g/ml, 100-150ml) into the blood bag with equal volume of blood and gas. Slowly shake the blood, incubate ozone in autologous blood for 3-5 minutes, and then reinfuse the blood back into the patient's vein. Generally, one treatment course consists of 10 to 15 sessions.
(2) Ozone mixture rectal infusion: Inject 50-400ml of gas with an ozone concentration of 20-40 μ g/ml into the rectum through a specialized device. The time is between 0.5 minutes and 5-10 minutes. The ozone mixture blowing method has two effects simultaneously, namely systemic effect and local effect.
(3) Small Self Blood Therapy: Extract 5-15ml of venous blood using a syringe containing 5-10ml of ozone mixture. After careful mixing, inject the odorized blood into the muscles on the outer side of the patient's buttocks.
II Local therapy
(1) Subcutaneous injection of ozone mixture: usually injecting gas around the painful area or subcutaneous lesion, or even around the joints. The concentration of ozone ranges from 5-35 μ g/ml. The gas injection volume in one area is 5ml to 20ml.
(2) Intramuscular injection of ozone mixture: The ozone concentration for intramuscular injection therapy is 5-20 μ g/ml, and the injected amount of ozone mixture is 10-20ml.
(3) Ozone mixture injection around and inside the joint: The ozone concentration in the ozone mixture is 5-35 μ g/ml. The amount of ozone injected into the joint cavity or around the joint depends on the number of joints, and the injection amount ranges from 1-3ml (small joints) to 15-20ml (large joints), which can be repeatedly flushed.
(4) Local injection or topical application of ozonated double distilled water: After thorough mixing of double distilled water and ozone, apply topically.
(5) Ozone oil/paste: Mix olive oil and ozone thoroughly, with a high concentration of 60-80 μ g/ml. Mix ozone and olive oil for 25 minutes, or mix for 24 hours to make ozone paste. Use a thin sheet or cotton swab to apply ozone oil to the mucosa or skin 3-4 times a day
3、 Selection of treatment courses for clinical application of ozone
1. Ozone based autologous blood therapy: 5 small courses, 10 medium courses, and 15 large courses; Once every other day (can also be customized according to the condition)
2. Ozone small blood therapy: 10 times per course, once every 2 days.
3. Ozone chamber gas injection therapy: The frequency of each treatment course is determined according to the condition, 1-2 times a week.
4. Ozone water therapy: The frequency of each treatment course is determined based on the condition, twice a day.

4、 Selection of Ozone Therapy Concentration
1. Ozone based autologous blood therapy: starting concentration of 20-30ug/ml, increasing by 5ug/ml each time, with a maximum not exceeding 60ug/ml
2. Ozone small blood therapy: starting concentration of 10ug-15ug/ml, increasing by 5ug/ml each time, with a maximum not exceeding 60ug/ml
3. Ozone chamber injection: initial concentration 5ug/ml, increasing by 5ug/ml each time, up to 35ug/ml maximum
Five The specific treatment methods for different diseases are as follows
(1) Patients with cerebral infarction and sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage: Ozone autologous blood therapy is performed, with ozone concentration starting from 20 ug/ml. As the patient adapts to ozone, the ozone concentration gradually increases by 5 units each time. At the same time, drugs that improve microcirculation are used. The treatment course for cerebrovascular disease is at least three courses, with 5 treatments per week and 15 treatments per course. Rest for half a month or a month between courses before proceeding to the next course of treatment. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage: It is recommended to immediately perform ozone autologous blood therapy during the acute phase of the patient, combined with intravenous infusion of mannitol, or treat within 4 hours after cerebral hemorrhage. More than 90% of patients will not have any sequelae, and within 48 hours of treatment, 85% of patients will not have sequelae.
(2) Patients with high blood sugar and high blood lipids: undergo ozone based autologous blood therapy, with a concentration starting from 20ug/ml and gradually increasing. The course of treatment is 2-3 courses.
(3) Coronary heart disease patients: undergo ozone rich autologous blood therapy, with the treatment concentration starting from the lowest concentration based on the patient's antioxidant capacity, generally 20ug/ml, gradually increasing by 5 units each time. The treatment course is 3-4 courses, with 15 sessions per course, and 10-15 days of rest in between for the next treatment.
(4) Viral hepatitis: Patients receive ozone autologous blood therapy (which can be combined with ozone rectal injection). The concentration of ozone autologous blood therapy starts from 20ug/ml and gradually increases with adaptation to ozone. The concentration of ozone rectal infusion is selected as 20ug/ml for adults and 10ug/ml for children, with each injection volume of 200-400ML. The first treatment course is once every other day, and after 15 treatments, the patient rests for 20 days. The second treatment course is twice a week, for a total of three treatment courses.
(5) Skin disease patients, psoriasis and herpes zoster patients: receive ozone autologous blood therapy, combined with ozone injection into the skin lesions and topical use of ozone water or ozone oil. The concentration of ozone for autologous blood therapy gradually increases from a low concentration of 20ug/ml. 1) The concentration of ozone injected into the skin lesion is 5ug/ml, with an injection volume of 5mL. 2) Inject 20ml (60mg/L) of ozone oil into the sacroiliac joint cavity once every 3 days. After injecting 50ml of 60mg/L ozone oil into 50ml of olive oil, freeze it in the refrigerator and apply it 3-4 times a day until the patient's skin lesion improves and the pain disappears.
Allergic skin disease, small self blood therapy, once/3 days, using a 20ml syringe to extract 10ml of venous blood and mix 10ml of 50mg/L concentration ozone with venous blood for intramuscular injection, with 10 times as one course of treatment. Generally, patients show significant improvement after three treatment courses
(6) Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and gout patients: receive ozone rich autologous blood, combined with local injection into the joint cavity. The concentration of ozone in the blood starts from 20mg/L and gradually increases with the progress of treatment; Intra articular injection: Under local anesthesia, ozone is injected into the joint cavity at a concentration of 35ug/ml, with an injection volume of 20-60mL, until the patient experiences unbearable swelling and pain, and then the injection is stopped. The treatment course of local injection is 10 times, twice a week.
(7) Ozone therapy for ankylosing spondylitis: We choose ozone autologous blood and rectal perfusion, combined with injection of ozone gas through sacroiliac joint cavity puncture, 20-40ml per side, with a concentration of less than 35mg/L, once every 5 days. Starting from 20mg/L, the concentration of ozone in the autologous blood gradually increases by 5mg/L each time, with 10 sessions constituting one course of treatment. At the same time, injections are also given at the pain points.
