Partial treatment methods of ozone therapy device

With the rapid development of ozone therapy, ozone therapy devices have also begun to be widely used. The use of ozone therapy equipment to treat related diseases has strong stability. Some treatment methods can be divided into the following categories, which are described for us:

1. Intramuscular injection of ozone mixture. The ozone concentration for intramuscular injection therapy is 20-40 μ g/ml, and the amount of mixed ozone for injection is 5-15ml. Multiple or few injections can be given to the same area.

2. Subcutaneous injection of ozone mixture. Usually, gas injection is given to painful areas or around subcutaneous lesions, or even around large joints. The concentration of ozone ranges from 5-20 μ g/ml. The amount of gas injected into a specific area ranges from 2-3ml to 10-12ml (depending on the size of the area).

3. Ozone mixture is injected around and within the joints. The ozone concentration in the ozone mixture is 20-40 μ g/ml. The amount of ozone injected into the joint cavity or around the joint depends on the size of the joint, ranging from 1-3ml (small joint) to 10-15ml (large joint).

4. Use under normal pressure or negative pressure hood. For example, using an "ozone bag or ozone negative pressure mask", before treatment, moisten the limbs with distilled water or physiological saline and seal them. Fill the hood with ozone mixture, and the excess gas enters the differentiation equipment of the ozone therapy device. The selection of ozone concentration depends on the treatment site, type of injury, and condition of the wound, and the appropriate concentration of ozone is chosen. The treatment time is 15-30 minutes.

5. Ozone oxidizing physiological saline solution for external use. Pre ozonate 200-500 milliliters of sterile physiological saline, with a maximum ozone concentration of 40-80ug/ml, and then use it for wound flushing and disinfection. Due to the rapid dissociation of ozone in the solution, it is necessary to prepare ozonated saline solution immediately before treating patients.

6. Ozone oil usage. Apply ozone oil onto mucous membranes or skin using thin films, 1-2 to 4-6 times a day. It should be noted that if the inflammatory reaction in the injured area is severe, it is necessary to dilute ozone oil with regular Vaseline at a dilution ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 when starting treatment.

7. Ozone mixture for external use. When using ozone mixture externally, a high concentration ozone therapy device can be selected. It is necessary to remember that the bactericidal effect of ozone only occurs in humid media when partially using ozone mixture. High concentrations of ozone have hemostatic effects, while low concentrations of ozone can improve microcirculation and facilitate the recovery of hemophilia patients with surface injuries.
