Its operating principle: Ozone enters the bottom of the oxidation tower through a pipeline, passes through an aerator, and emits another microbubble through a microporous aerator. During the rising process, the microbubbles fully dissolve ozone in water. Water is scattered from the top of the ozone tower and naturally flows away from the top of the ozone tower. Ensure sufficient mixing time between ozone and water. The sterilization effect is more thorough, and the top is equipped with exhaust emissions and overflow ports to ensure that residual ozone does not stay indoors. Affects the production of workers. The overflow port ensures that after the mixing tower is filled with water, the water will not flow back to the ozone generator and damage it.
2、 Operating principle of ozone aeration tower
Ozone mixing tower, also known as oxidation tower, is a commonly used sterilization equipment in water treatment systems. The sterilization effect is not only related to the type and quantity of bacteria in water and the content of ozone, but also to the contact time between ozone and water and the ozone gas distribution head. Generally speaking, the longer the contact time between ozone and water, the more abundant the mixing, and the better the ozone sterilization effect. The smaller the air holes on the gas distribution plate, the smaller the ozone is cut into bubbles, and the larger the contact area between ozone and water. Therefore, the mixing effect is very good and the sterilization effect is also very good.
3、 Advantages of Ozone Touch Tower
In order to provide sufficient mixing area and mixing time for ozone and water, we need to have sufficient mixing space. Usually, the mixing time of ozone is 5-10 minutes. Therefore, we need to plan the space of the ozone mixing tower based on the mixing time and flow rate. After determining the space of the ozone mixing tower, in order to promote convective mixing of ozone and water components, water enters while ozone enters. We plan the distance between the inlet and the inlet of ozone to be above 3500mm, so that ozone and water have sufficient mixing time and space to achieve the best sterilization effect.
